ORGANOLEPTIC TASTING:
Olaf Tinto is a red wine
with Ruby colour, ripe fruits aroma.
A slight hint of compote from strawberry, fig and raisins.
In the mouth it present soft tannin, persisting at the end.

REGION: Planalto Mirandës - Trás-os-Montes (I.G.)
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional 30%, Tinta Roriz 40%, Vinhas Velhas 30%
WINE-MAKING: Fermented at controlled low temperatures (26 C) in stainless steel vats.
